Detailed information is presented on the following datasets:

• The polarity interaction network described in Koorman et al., Nature Cell Biol. 2016.
• The early embryogenesis network described in Boxem et al, Cell. 2008 Aug 8;134(3):534-45.

In addition, interactions contained in IntAct release 27 are displayed.
