• November 27, 2026: Submission deadline for track proposals.
• November 30, 2026: Notification of acceptance of track proposals.
• November 30 to March 1, 2027: Each track has its own time line.
• March 1, 2027: Submission deadline for full papers for review.
• April 16, 2027: First review done, first stage decision on acceptance or rejection.
• May 14, 2027: First revision due.
• June 4, 2027: Second stage of reviews complete, decision on acceptance, rejection, or acceptance as short paper.
• June 18, 2027: Final version submission.
• June 25, 2027: Final decision on acceptance or rejection.
• September 2027: Publication online in Computers & Graphics journal.
• September 2-3, 2027: Presentation at the Eurographics 2027 Symposium on 3D Object Retrieval.

The individual tracks have their own time schedule for registration of participants, release of queries or submission of executables, and submission of results, etc.
